All our bottled beer is now gluten removed, even Obsidian Stout is gluten free. Yes, gluten free stout!
Our beer is still made with barley, malt grains which contain gluten but after brewing we add an enzyme process is applied to break down the gluten. It is therefore a gluten removed beer.
We have tested our beers and they have less than 10 parts per million of gluten.
Labels on the bottles will be updated as new labels are printed, so even though some bottles may say contains gluten, it has had the gluten removed and is safe for people with celiac disease.
Our cask ale is also gluten free but our seasonal cask ales have not been tested.
