“This rose-gold crystal clear beer has a gentle sparkle. There is a great toasty nose. On tasting the toast and honey follow through with a delicate bitterness that fills the mouth and lingers long on the palate. It is subtle yet full of flavour and packs quite a punch for a 4% ABV. This would be as good sipping by a log fire (with said Welsh rarebit!) as in the garden on a warm sunny day. Lovely beer, well-crafted and very drinkable. Great job!”

Hints of warm roasted chestnut, rich malty notes, caramel sweetness and a smoky tobacco finish. Clever bitterness is disguised rather than dominant and brings a depth and roundness. Fully flavoured, balanced, very satisfying and tastes as good as it looks. The pleasing carbonation is gentle and leaves a playful effervescence on the tongue. A truly enjoyable drink.”
